Terms of Service & Donation Agreement

DONATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing this contribution, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary donation to The Belonging Ranch Inc. and that no goods or services were provided in exchange for this gift.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY

The Belonging Ranch Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service. Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution. We recommend that you retain this receipt and our written communication for your tax records.

USE OF CONTRIBUTIONS

Your donation will be used to support the mission and operations of The Belonging Ranch Inc. We are committed to using your contribution responsibly and in accordance with our stated mission. A portion of your donation may be used to cover administrative and fundraising costs necessary to operate our organization.

NO GOODS OR SERVICES IN EXCHANGE

Except as otherwise expressly stated by The Belonging Ranch Inc., you acknowledge and agree that no goods, services, or benefits of any kind have been provided or will be provided to you in exchange for your donation. Your donation is made as a voluntary gift with no expectation of return, and the full amount of your contribution may be tax-deductible.

REFUND POLICY

Donations are final and non-refundable. Once your donation has been processed and contributed to The Belonging Ranch Inc., it cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any questions about your donation before completing the transaction, please contact us before submitting your contribution.

ACCURACY OF DONOR INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself when making a donation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your information.

PRIVACY

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your information for donation processing, acknowledgment, and communication purposes related to our mission.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Your donation will be processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By making a donation, you authorize The Belonging Ranch Inc. to charge the payment method you provide. You will receive a receipt for your transaction via email.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By checking the box associated with these Terms of Service and completing your donation, you represent and warrant that:

You have read and understand these terms;
You agree to be bound by these terms;
Your donation is a voluntary gift with no expectation of goods or services in return;
You are authorized to make this donation; and
The information you have provided is accurate and complete.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Belonging Ranch Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued donation or use of our donation platform constitutes your acceptance of any such modifications.
